EQ-i 2.0 · Certified Practitioner Administration
Move beyond a score. Understand the emotional patterns that shape how you lead, communicate, decide, manage pressure, and relate to other people—then turn the findings into deliberate professional action.

The EQ-i 2.0 model
EQ-i 2.0 examines emotional and social functioning as a system. The debrief looks beyond isolated scores to explore balances, tensions, and patterns across the full profile.

How accurately and constructively you understand yourself.
How you express emotions, views, and autonomy.
How you build trust, empathy, and reciprocal relationships.
How emotions inform problem solving and behavioral control.
How you remain flexible, resilient, and constructive under pressure.
From insight to behavior
The practical question is not simply “What is my EQ?” It is where emotional information changes what you notice, choose, communicate, and reinforce.
Recognize emotion and context
→Create choice before reaction
→Communicate with clarity
→Test reality and consequences
→Build trust and accountability
Understand how self-awareness, empathy, assertiveness, and stress tolerance affect the way others experience your leadership.
Examine the emotional signals, impulses, optimism, and reality testing that may strengthen—or complicate—important career choices.
Translate insight into clearer boundaries, better listening, more direct expression, and more deliberate responses under pressure.

Multi-rater leadership feedback
EQ 360 combines your self-assessment with confidential feedback from people who experience your behavior in different roles. It can surface alignment, blind spots, and context-specific differences that a self-report alone cannot show.

Your certified practitioner
Keith Lawrence Miller brings an M.A. in Organizational & Business Psychology, Professional Certified Coach preparation, Board Certified Coach preparation, and extensive career-strategy experience to the debrief.
The goal is neither to flatter nor to label you. It is to understand the pattern accurately, respect the limits of the instrument, and identify a small number of changes that can improve how you operate.
Private-client investment
All prices are one-time payments. The complete bundle adds a separate application session after the assessment debrief.

Questions before purchase
You will receive an intake and scheduling pathway. After your intake is reviewed, Ivy League Coaching will issue the official assessment invitation through the authorized MHS assessment platform. Complete the assessment independently before the scheduled debrief.
Most participants complete the EQ-i 2.0 in approximately 15–25 minutes. Set aside uninterrupted time and respond based on your typical behavior rather than an idealized version of yourself.
No. EQ-i 2.0 is developmental, not a pass/fail test. The value comes from the pattern across scales, the relationships among them, the context in which you operate, and the actions you choose afterward.
No. EQ-i 2.0 is an established MHS assessment administered by an authorized certified practitioner. Ivy League Coaching's separate Professional Intelligence Emotional Intelligence report is a different developmental product and is not represented as EQ-i 2.0.
Your individual results are private. They are not released to an employer, sponsor, or another person without your informed authorization, except where disclosure is legally required.
EQ 360 adds confidential ratings from selected observers—often a manager, peers, direct reports, or other stakeholders—to the participant's self-assessment. Because scope and rater groups vary, EQ 360 is offered by private proposal.
